My ISP is upgrading servers which is choking bandwidth severely with so many servers off line. This dwindling bandwidth problem has been going on for a little while now and has finally bottomed out, but it could take up to 2 weeks to pull back out of the hole, so goto shell will be down until the connection has stabilized in a playable condition.

While I don't think this has inconvenienced anyone, I apologize nonetheless.

Bandwidth issue is much improved lately, except during peaks on weekends. Server response times are still a little sluggish even when bandwidth is excellent. I was looking for 3 good days in a row and got 2 this week, so we're getting close.
